Is Wenite just a survey tool?
No. Surveys and scans are one part of what Wenite does. The platform is built to run your entire client trajectory — from project planning and follow-up to data collection and the living dossier you build over time.
Can I bring my own working methods?
Yes. Import the scans and instruments you already use, or build new ones inside Wenite. Everything you create stays yours.
What if my client wants access to their dossier?
You decide what you share and how. Wenite lets you open up the living dossier selectively. Your client sees what's relevant to them, and you stay in control of the full picture.
Does Wenite work if I'm managing multiple clients at once?
Yes. Wenite is built for consultants with an active portfolio. Every client dossier stays completely separate, but you manage everything from one place.
What about GDPR and client data?
Your client data is your data. It stays within your account and is processed within the EU. We take security seriously: we're on an active ISO 27001 certification trajectory, on track for Q3 2026.
Is Wenite a good fit for smaller practices?
Absolutely. Most Wenite users are independent consultants or small agencies. The platform scales with you, from your first client to a full portfolio.
