Product Manager

This is what you’ll do
- Lead the discovery phase of product development, identifying and defining user needs and market opportunities through research, user interviews, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights and iteratively refine product design and functionality.
- Drive the design and execution of product features and enhancements, focusing heavily on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Work on the product concept and iterate on design solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Manage the product roadmap, balancing UX/UI improvements with new feature development and ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product vision and user experience goals.
This is who you are
- 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive projects to completion.
