Senior Developer

We could start by introducing ourselves, but this is not about us. It’s about you. We are looking for a full time Senior Developer. Have a look.

This is what you'll do

  • You are responsible for the look & feel of our product. You follow recent developments in SaaS, understand what HR professionals need, and align product development to those insights.
  • You manage a small team of front-end developers.
  • You translate the product roadmap into concrete development tasks, assign those tasks to your team members (including yourself), and manage the timely execution of those tasks.
  • You communicate about product developments to the different stakeholders within the organization.
  • You help define and improve the product architecture (Web, API, Mobile, backend,…).
  • You implement measures to safeguard cybersecurity.

This is who you are

  • Experience running the full software development lifecycle in a SaaS environment.
  • Tech savvy is your middle name
  • Very eager to learn, and even more curious
  • You've passed the Dunglish level and are fluent in English, written and spoken
  • You're a teamplayer and think beyond your job as a Senior Developer
  • Experience in building modern, scalable web/mobile SaaS applications.
  • Experience with design hand-off tools.
  • Experience with managing a small team.

  • Experience with the AWS stack (Amplify, Lambda, DynamoDB, ...).
  • Thorough knowledge of:
  • The latest standards of JavaScript (ES6 and beyond) and TypeScript.
  • Vue.js and Node.js.
  • NoSQL databases and familiarity with GraphQL.
  • Security-related concepts (HTTPS, JWT, OpenSSL, CSRF, XSS, SQL Injection, OAuth…).
